I just figured out why I was having trouble uploading pics to my ads. They didn't want to ever finish loading. I was getting really ticked! and was about to send a email to the webmaster saying what a piece of *@#%&amp;;* his porgram was when I remembered I had a movie dowloading at the same time I was doing the ad. I stopped the download of the movie and wham! the pic loaded in no time. So, the lessons are don't jump to conclusions too quick and don't try to do ads while you have another program running. Maybe this will help some other collector.

p.s. I noticed that it said something on the upload page about large pics slowing the upload time, or somthing like that. I tested it and its true. Don't make the pics to big and your go faster. J
