Some people just won't listen !

We have categories of items for a reason.... to make it easier for members to find what they're looking for. I asked before that when posting an ad or acution, you all select the right categorie(s) for your items. Unfortunately some people have ignored me.

Before, I have spent a lot of time and effort editing ads to change them to the correct categories and email the seller asking them to do the right thing. I was ignored by most. It seems that the second category option is like some irrestible force and they can't help but use it to list their stuff any old place. Usually it's in a category they figure gets the most looks, even thought the category has nothing to do with their item. Cloth insignia under daggers, Party day tinnies under SS, Flags under uniforms, etc. You don't have to select a second category if none fits, you can choose ''none''.

Ok, no more Mr. Nice Guy! This evening I did some looking and picked out 50 ads that were grossly miss listed and deleted them. No, I didn't go to all the work of putting them in the right category, I found out that's a sucker move, I just pruged them. Now, maybe that will get some attention!

Fair warning. If you have items listed in grossly inappropriate categories, go to ''my account'', find the ads, and edit them correctly. I'll be doing some more ''pruining'' in a few days.

I don't like writing this type of thing, and I really don't like deleting ads from the site, but it seem this is the only way I can get some people's attention. We're all adults, so let's do things right.
