Another Bad Apple

Well I would like to inform everyone of a bad experience on this site.
On Oct 17 I sent funds via Paypal to Don Ferrell. The name paypal has him under is Raven Ringel.
I was purchasing a RR Eagle Item #F8056. He has given me one excuse after another
He tells me the package is underway via parcel post, however the tracking #he gave me says the PO has not received the package yet.

I simply want a refund,,if the mystery eagle somehow shows up I will PP him the funds immiediately.

He currently has for sale an MG -34 (F8979) and a Luger and PPK and several other items. Does anyone know how to get my money back?
I think PP is going to be like talking to a cement wall,,,Thanks everyone!

101 world:he tried to sell that helmet thats worth $2,500 -$3,000 to me with the same bs. story i was starting to think that he was full of it and told him "no deal"if it sounds to good then it usually is.here is what you do.contact your local post office ask to speak to the manager,not a clerk!! ask him or her the closest postal inspection unit,when you get to them tell them that a fraud by mail has been done to you. i believe that you will be sent forms or possibly will verbally give them info on your case.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COPIES FOR THE POSTAL INSPECTORS AND ALL INFO YOU CAN GIVE THEM!hopefully this crud will give you your $ back after he knows the inpection unit is on your case.he can and will be arrested for mail fraud. carl

He refunded my money,,Yes if a deal sounds to good to be true it probably is,,Thanks Bob,,Also would like to mention I have had many positive experiences on this site,,!

All you have to do is contact Pay Pal and tell them whats going on, they will freeze his account, and give you your money back.
Make sure you tell them, as in pay pal, you want your money back..

Thats in their rules that go by.

THICKET:I WAS HAPPY THIS GUY GOT HIS MONEY BACK.I HOPE BOB THROWS HIM OFF THE SITE SO OTHERS DONT HAVE TO GET STRESSED OUT WITH THESE "GUYS"AS YOU CAN SEE NOW C.R. IS AT ME.I THINK THESE GUYS MUST HAVE DULL LIVES IF THIS IS WHAT THEY ENJOY.I WONT MAKE A THING ABOUT THIS DUO AS I JUST MADE A DEAL FOR A SS OFFICERS CANDIDATES SWORD AND A LUFTWAFFE OFFICERS WHITE TOPPED VISOR.BOTH ARE IN NEAR MINT CONDITION.I TOLD TWO OF MY COLLECTOR FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR STUFF,JUST THAT ITS A BAD TIME CLOSING ON CHRISTMAS AND THIS NIGHTMARE FISCAL PROBLEM. what i meant is not putting 101 world off(sorry about that),but the guy who tried to rip him off!!glad you got your money back 101 world.if you ever have a problem that what thicket told you to do cannot resolve it,get in touch with the inspectors as i stated.dont be down about this guy,we have all had a bad experience or two ourselves.carl

Hi Guys - This guy has been tossed but I got scammed by him recently on another site.

NOTE - PayPal will not automatically give your money back! I received the below email from them:

[i:f8a0253616]We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.[/i:f8a0253616]

It pisses me off that there's people like this out there. Please tell as many people about this guy as possible. He's a crook!!!!!
