That feature has been available from day one guys.... The ''Keyword Search'' is followed by some selection boxes. If you notice there are little arrows on the right side of the boxes. Just click on the arrows and it offers you all kinds of choices. ''Item #'' is located under ''Exact phrase''. See, and you thought I had forgotten that....

Anyone else have a problem? Just let me know and I'll try to help. Bob

Hi Dave, I checked the functionality on 3 different computers (one a Mac) and it works fine. I would venture to guess that it is a browser compatability problem. Are you using Internet Explorer and is it a recent version? If not, I suggest you try it and see what happens. If that isn't the problem then you might want to talk to your local computer guru and see if he can help. Let me know what you find out.

I Never needed to use the feature myself, but after speaking to Bob regarding it I tried it.

I had no problem at all. I just put the number in the 'search box window',...and hit the drop down arrow on the next parameter box to the right of the 'keyword/number search window', and selected by 'item number'. This muted the rest of the boxes and I hit search button on the right side of the boxes.... Voila,...the items popped right up.

Good code writing. KUDOS!, to the webmaster!

I use firefox browser but I find that most glitches are from user error. We just do not think like puters,...YET

(In a valley girl voice).... 'Uh, Like DU-UH and stuff!'

Just kidding man, we all don't automatically get it with new fangled tech gizmos like websites.

I still cannot use my cel phone except, to call and receive (Just the way I want it too)

My 1985 VCR is still flashing 12 O'clock...PM or AM? I don't know or care.

Just glad you can find the items now!

Glad this issue is resolved. Now on to others.....

One member, who has used the web site extensively, surprised me by not know what the ''Gallery'' was all about. He said he never used it because he didn't know what it did. The point is this. I've spent a ton or hours designing this site, trying to make it as user friendly as possible and think of everything needed. (I know, there can always be improvements... give me time.) It's a shame when a member is not taking adventage of all the features. Most of us really don't like to read instructions, I know I don't. However, I would like to strongly recommend that if you haven't yet read the "Help" section located on the home page, you take about 10 minutes and do so. I think it will answer most of your questions about our site and you'll probably learn a thing or two you didn't know.

If any of you have an idea for a feature you think would make the site better don't hesitate to email me about it. I welcome your suggestions. Good collecting...
