Unknown Breastbadge, need help

Im waiting for my brother to get pictures of a Nazi breastbadge i found at an antiques store near his home. I am unable to find any example of this item on the internet or in a WWII Nazi medal reference book i own.

Its a breastbadge in the shape of a star like the German Cross and the star portion is silver in colour. The centre is a large red enamel circle. In the centre of the red enamel piece are wings holding a swastika. If the antiques place allows my brother to take pictures i will post them ASAP. Does anyone have any ideas to what this breastbadge may be? I talked to a militaria dealer in Toronto and they have seen this breastbadge but didnt not have any information about it.

Any thoughts on what this item may be?

nope not that item. This is a fairly large breastbadge maybe 3 inches wide or so.
